Implementiert das Web Proxy Auto-Discovery-Protokoll (WPAD) für Windows HTTP-Dienste (WinHTTP). WPAD ist ein Protokoll, das einem HTTP-Client ermöglicht, automatisch eine Proxykonfiguration zu finden. Falls dieser Dienst beendet oder deaktiviert wird, wird das WPAD-Protokoll innerhalb des Prozesses des HTTP-Clients anstatt als externer Dienstprozess ausgeführt. Es wird dadurch nicht zu Funktionsverlust kommen.
